Over the 7th and 8th of July, the 26 Flexible Funding projects have reported back their findings to NFCS.
With over 50 PIs, Co-Is, and researchers in attendance, we reviewed all 250+ “must have”, “should have”, and “could have” recommendations for the Federation Roadmap. After each project presented their findings, there were two workshop sessions to generate responses to the 17 thematic clusters that were distilled from the 250+ recommendations.
The NFCS lead team will now continue the work of writing the Roadmap to include all the recommendations — we will produce a first draft for internal review, but a second draft for external review will be available later.
Our thanks to all 26 projects for their hard work in producing a highly valuable set of results. We await their final reports at the end of the July and look forward to seeing everyone again for the big reveal at the Roadmap Conference in Birmingham on the 10th – 11th September.
